About
Writer, brand strategist, under-sharer.
Since I was little, I’ve dreamed of just being left alone to think about stuff. But apparently that’s “not a career”.
So by day, I don business-casual to lead the brand and creative team for an international food tech start-up. Evenings and weekends, I hang out with my partner and our son, in a quirky rural house with an ungovernable garden. In the margins, I scribble notes which occasionally turn into books.
I have studied and practiced hatha yoga for more than 20 years, and I taught professionally for 10 of those. My latest book Curious Poses is a distillation of two decades of asking awkward questions about yoga, and trying to find the answers. I hope it finds its way into the hands of other inquisitive yoga people and inspires them to keep digging.
I have also written books about comedy and trench warfare. Finding your niche is overrated.
